Passionate about advancing golf course and club management toward sensible and sustainable practices. I work in a highly collaborative manner so that, together, we can achieve our mutual goals.

Elliot has been able to integrate his experience as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) with his construction and golf course maintenance backgrounds to objectively evaluate and consult on environmental golf course operations. With an MBA from University of Southern California, he also relates to the business elements associated with environmental golf. His golf management past and present has taken him from assistant greens superintendent at Ojai Valley Inn & Resort to Executive Director, Golf Operations at Fuzhou Hot Springs Golf Club in Fujian province, China, with several business and environmental “stops” in between.

As a single-digit player since competing in school, his love for the game has transcended into a love for the good of the game and its relationship to the environment. Elliot’s desire to contribute to sustainable golf is merely an extension of his successful LEED-certification projects, including Platinum certification of Taipei 101, Gold certification of Corning Glass’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Taiwan, and LEED projects at U.S. Government military facilities.
