Multilingual Input

  • Which aspects of GEO Certification are multilingual?

If your local language is not English, there are a still number of ways in which GEO Certification can connect with your local community:

    • To satisfy the programme criteria, your Environmental Policy must be uploaded as a multilingual document.
    • When you are completing the forms, you are encouraged to submit multilingual answers for the introductory questions that lead each section.
    • Finally, as part of their Verification Report, your GEO Accredited Verifier will submit a multilingual executive summary about your golf facility.
  • Will you be releasing the GEO Certification system in any languages besides English?

Probably not. To ensure consistency across the GEO Certification programme we must receive all applications in a common language - English. We have included some in-line guidance in the Certification interface, and in time we expect to have this translated into further languages.
