Withdrawing from the Programme

  • What happens to our data if we withdraw a facility from the programme?

    Upon withdrawing a facility from the GEO Certification programme, all data held on that facility is deleted. If you wish to re-register or become re-certified at a later date, you will have to begin the entire process again.

    If you are maintaining certified status at more than one facility, you are free to withdraw one of those facilities without affecting the status of the other(s).

  • If we withdraw from the programme will our Certification fee be refunded?

    No, any payments made to GEO are non-refundable upon withdrawal from the programme
