Nature

The adjoining lands are completely abandoned, in the past they were mainly almond cultivations and herbaceous cultivations as oats and barley. Today these lands are badly degraded. On the other side we have the course in which we have reforested with native varieties as pine trees and palm trees which has supposed a great importance for natural ecosystems of great value.

Water

The course consumes water that comes from the waste water treatment plant that throws this water into the sea if it is not demanded. As it happens and is so testified by the local press.
Even though, the water consumption is always applied depending on the local evapotranspiration. And this is testified by the computer programme set up for the correct water use.
