GOLF DEVELOPMENT CHECKLISTS

While these action plans may appear long, bear in mind that this is the kind of material that well paid consultants and advisers can be expected to read through and integrate into their decision making. Large and complex projects may take longer to find more complex solutions to complex issues.

Conversely, small scale projects can apply the same checklists as a way to identify and reaffirm the sustainability of more straightforward options and outcomes.

Look at the vocabulary used in these action plans, and see how much of it you can credibly re-use in your planning submissions and publicity. Of course, beware greenwash - and don't say your doing this unles you actually are. The evidence will be in the final product and how many real world sustainabilty actions you can point to.
