EventScotlandRyder Cup 2014

Established in 2003, EventScotland works to generate, bid for, attract and sustain events, which will create an international profile for Scotland, also promoting Scotland’s reputation as the world’s foremost golfing destination.  A founding sponsor of the Sustainable Sport and Event Toolkit, EventScotland is placing sustainability at the forefront of all bidding and delivery.

Scottish Golf Union Ryder Cup 2014

Based at the Home of Golf in St Andrews, the SGU’s responsibilities span most aspects of the game in Scotland, from staging national amateur championships and managing Scotland’s national teams,  encouraging more juniors and adults to play golf, providing support services to member clubs and working with government to safeguard the interests of the game.

Zero Waste Scotland Ryder Cup 2014

Zero Waste Scotland was created by the Scottish Government to take the idea of zero waste and convert it into action on a large scale.  Zero Waste Scotland works with businesses, individuals, communities and local authorities to help them reduce waste, recycle more and use resources sustainability moving Scotland towards a Zero Waste society.

Perth and Kinross Council Ryder Cup 2014

Perth and Kinross Council’s vision is to maintain and improve the identity and character of Perth and Kinross; to encourage innovation and sustainability in design and maintenance; to help provide well-connected, welcoming places, and to encourage and enable everyone to use public spaces.
